Eddie King

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR | Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Engineering (Mining Systems)

Mr King holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Engineering (Mining Systems) from The University of Western Australia. Mr King’s experience includes being a manager for an investment banking firm, where he specialised in the technical and financial analysis of bulk commodity and other resource projects for investment and acquisition. Mr King is also a director of CPS Capital Group, one of Australia’s most active stockbroking and corporate advisory firms specialising in small to medium high growth companies. Mr King serves on the Board of Rubix Resources Ltd (ASX: RB6), Great Northern Minerals Ltd (ASX: GNM), Ragnar Metals Ltd (ASX: RAG), Bindi Metals Ltd (ASX: BIM), Eastern Resources Ltd (ASX: EFE), M3 Mining Limited (ASX: M3M) and Queensland Pacific Metals Ltd (ASX: QPM).

Ashley Hood

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Ashley Hood has more than eighteen (18) years’ experience in the mining industry, working in mine and exploration operations for junior and major mining companies based in Australia, South Africa and New Zealand. Ashley has broad senior management experience and has worked in and managed field exploration and geological teams on some of Australia’s major JORC resources. He has extensive ASX experience and held a number of Executive and non-executive positions.

He specialises in project and people management, native title negotiations, project due diligence, acquisitions and has a portfolio of family held mineral and precious metals projects which are flagship assets in a number of ASX listed companies today.

David Palumbo

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr Palumbo is a Chartered Accountant and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors with over 15 years’ experience across company secretarial, corporate advisory and financial management and reporting of ASX listed companies. Mr Palumbo is Head of Corporate Compliance at Mining Corporate Pty Ltd, where he has been actively involved in numerous corporate transactions. Mr Palumbo is currently Company Secretary for several ASX listed companies and a Non-Executive Director of Krakatoa Resources Limited, Rubix Resources Limited, Albion Resources Limited and Tarrina Resources Limited and previously a Director of Kaiser Reef Limited.
